If you’re looking for a meeting room near Zürich Main Station, you’ve come to the right place! As of 01.07.2018 we are even closer for you.
We fully comply BAG / Covid-19 Regulations by reducing max. participants, cleaning, airing, etc.
If you want to make a reservation, please fill in the form and we will ASAP send you a confirmation. Of course, you can call us Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM (Tel. +41 43 421 95 00) to check the availability of your requested time slot or you can check it online.
For the use of our meeting room we will charge:
Included are:
- Reception of guests, use of the clip-chart, internet connection (Ethernet/wifi)
If required:
- Catering
(hot beverages (coffee or tea) CHF 3.50, mineral water (sparkling/still) CHF

- LCD Projector CHF 20.-/booking
- Conference
phone CHF 25.-/booking, plus at least CHF 5.- calling credit.
Our meeting room measures 6.7m x 3.2m and we recommend a maximal occupancy of 12 participants or 11 with the use of the LCD Projector (During Covid-19 reduction of participants to 8 persons - with LCD Projector 7).
Our meeting room is available from Monday to Friday and from 08.00 am to 06.00 pm. An extension after 6 pm is only possible by special arrangement and will be charged CHF 50.- per full hour
We do not offer parking – but within 50 meters you will find Car Parking Globus and the City Car Parking - Gessneralle or Car Parking Uranida in about 500 meters distance. There is very limited white zone parking spaces in the area. We recommend public transport.
The prices are all incl. VAT and we only accept cash / credit card / Twint and we will charge at minimum the reserved time-slot.
Banktransfer is accepted for companies based in Switzerland but we
have to charge an additional CHF 20.- factoring per booking
Cancellation: We’re not able to consider any other requests
during your reserved time slot. If you have to cancel your booking, we ask you
to do this at least 48 hours prior and by phone. Otherwise we have to charge you for your reserved time
slot. Thank you for your understanding.
